Keep in mind that this a food gradual reintroduction, this phase lasts 1 month.

Nutritional feeding for stage 4

In this pureeds stage we will be mainly focused on five food groups, quantities, texture, food included in each group and on the order in which you will eat. All this will be specified in consultation.

Food of animal origin or protein

Dairy

Continue hydration with clear liquids between the meals of this new phase (it is important to drink from 1.5 to 2 liters daily)

Drinks

Natural water, coffee, tea, infusions without sugar.

Clear soups

Liquids resulting from the cooking of a protein of animal origin such as chicken or beef.

Gelatines

Commercial light gelatine or made by you without sugar.

Protein supplements

Continue with the supplement throughout the phase, the supplement you consume should contain:
