We will add more food groups. At this point you may be able to identify your gastric capacity and to stop at the right time.

Nutritional feeding for stage 5

We will mainly focus in 7 food groups. Since you’ll have a more varied diet, you’ll have more freedom to choose what kind of food from each group you want to add, you just have to stick to the quantities and the information given during consultation:

Continue with the protein supplement throughout the phase, the protein supplement you consume should contain:
