Respect as far as possible the portions and food groups specified in consultation.

The order, the foods and the quantities in which you will begin to introduce the foods of these new stages will be specified in consultations, the period of time that each stage has is as follows:

Stage 6 from 2 months and half and 3 months and a half after bariatric surgery
Stage 7 from 3 months and a half to 4 months and a half after bariatric surgery
Stage 8 from 4 months and half to 6 months after bariatric surgery
Stage 9 from 6 to 8 months after bariatric surgery
Stage 10 from 8 to 10 months after bariatric surgery
Stage 11 from 10 to 12 months after bariatric surgery

Nutritional feeding for stage 6 - 11

We will mainly focus in 7 food groups. Since you’ll have a more varied diet, you’ll have more freedom to choose what kind of food from each group you want to add, you just have to stick to the quantities and the information given during consultation:

Commercial light gelatine or made by you without sugar.

Continue with the protein supplement throughout the phase, the protein supplement you consume should contain:
